This policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies Zameera uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What we use
We currently only use cookies and browser storage that are essential to the operation of the platform:
- Authentication cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in across sessions. These are essential — disabling them prevents account access.
- Booking draft storage (browser sessionStorage) that preserves your in-progress booking details so a refresh doesn't lose your work. Cleared automatically once you submit.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies. If we add any in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Blocking authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent access to your account. Blocking sessionStorage will not affect general browsing but will reset any unsubmitted booking drafts.
Third parties
Some of the services that power Zameera (Supabase, Resend, and — when enabled — Stripe) may set their own cookies on requests that are made directly to them on your behalf. These are limited to operational use and are governed by each provider's privacy policy.
