How We Choose What Belongs Here

Every experience on this platform begins with someone at Zameera going to find it. Not by reviewing a database, not by reading an application form. By going. Long before it appears here, an experience must meet a standard that begins with a single question, would we, ourselves, return? If the answer is anything other than an immediate yes, it does not move forward.

Why Zameera

Zameera is an Arabic name, chosen for what it means rather than how it sounds. It refers to the inner voice, the quiet, unwavering instinct that guides you toward what is right. That quality is present in every decision this company makes. In the experiences we choose and the ones we do not. In the partners we work with and the standard we hold them to. The name was chosen because it describes, precisely, how this company operates.

Zameera was founded by three people who share a single conviction about what the finest experiences in the world deserve, and what it takes to present them properly. Their backgrounds span luxury, technology and global operations. Their standard is the same one that governs everything on this platform.

Sebastian Taskila
Chief Executive Officer

Sebastian Taskila

Sebastian co-founded Zameera with a belief that the world's most extraordinary experiences deserved a home built to their standard. As Chief Executive Officer, his focus is on the vision that shapes the company, the curation that defines what it offers, and the partnerships that extend its reach across the world's most compelling destinations.

From Finland and based in Dubai, Sebastian brings to Zameera a perspective shaped by years spent at the intersection of luxury, culture, and travel across multiple countries and industries. That breadth of experience informs the way Zameera is built, with a sensitivity to detail, a genuine understanding of what the world's most discerning travellers expect, and a commitment to presenting the finest experiences in the world exactly as they deserve to be presented.

Under his leadership, Zameera is growing its presence across the Middle East, the Indian Ocean, and beyond, building towards a portfolio that will encompass curated experiences, a private membership, and an original collection of journeys conceived and operated entirely by the company itself.

Oliver Ikaheimonen
Chief Operating Officer

Oliver Ikaheimonen

Oliver co-founded Zameera and leads the commercial and operational side of the company. He has spent his career working with some of the world's most discerning individuals, understanding not just what they expect but why the gap between expectation and reality so often goes unaddressed.

Having travelled across 58 countries and the years spent close to the UHNW world, he developed a precise understanding of what genuine luxury actually requires. What it takes to build trust with people for whom almost everything is available, and for whom almost nothing is truly surprising. That understanding is the foundation on which Zameera is built.

His role covers the commercial architecture of the company, the experiences chosen, the partnerships secured, and the operational discipline that holds a journey together from first enquiry to final departure. He works from Dubai, close to the partners and operations that keep the platform running, and brings to every decision the perspective of someone who has sat on both sides of the experience. His belief is a straightforward one: that the people Zameera serves deserve a company that has done the work properly before they ever arrive.

Maksim Rashchupkin
Chief Technology Officer

Maksim Rashchupkin

Maksim co-founded Zameera with a conviction that has shaped every technical decision since, that the right technology should be invisible, felt rather than seen, and built around the person using it rather than the product being sold.

As Chief Technology Officer, his focus is the infrastructure that makes Zameera possible at the highest level, the platform, the integrations, and the systems that ensure every interaction reflects the standard the company is built around.

He brings to that work a background spanning mobile applications, enterprise financial platforms, government regulatory systems, and large-scale entertainment infrastructure. That breadth of experience informs not just what he builds, but how he builds it, with a sensitivity to detail, a genuine understanding of what technology at this level demands, and an approach defined by precision, patience, and a preference for building things properly the first time. At Zameera, that means a product worthy of the experiences it presents.
